Our theme is 'Emergence'. As we continue to form and get to know each other, and bring ourselves into this new community the process of emergence is certainly underway. In an attempt to create an opportunity for learning and sharing around this element of gestalt theory and practice, as well as attending to our ongoing experience as a new community, our day will focus on the following questions:
1. Crowdsourcing understanding / collective CPD - how do we understand the concept and process of emergence?
2. Experience - how am I emerging in this situation/ group? How are we emerging as a group? What is and isn't emerging now?
3. Supporting emergence - field conditions, preparedness etc, what is needed?
Our intention for the day is to experiment with co-creating a CPD/learning experience through exploring an aspect of gestalt theory and practice, with the potential for learning about ourselves, our practice and contributing to the ongoing life of this growing community.
